But maybe it is time to update the readme.txt?
The given phone activation code R0...etc. only works with JeppView3.exe versions up to 3.6.2.0 - last used in cycle 06-2009. Starting with version 3.6.3.0, i.e. cycle 07-2009, this code no longer works.
You have to install the main programme, JeppView 3.6.1 here on TPB, then install the cycle 06-2009, now start and activate the programme using the phone activation code in the readme.txt, after that new update cycles can be installed.
